WinRAR 3.80 Final: popular archiver

Has a new release of the popular archiver WinRar. Among the possibilities archiver can be said the option of establishing self-extracting archives showing the way unpacking and the installation of compression - of the best (but very slow) to the fastest (but very bad). * Added support for ZIP-archives, which contain the names in Unicode and UTF-8 format;
